Comet C/2007 N3 Lulin is a non-periodic comet; it passed only 0.411AU from Earth on 2/24/2009. This is an animation of the comet movement against the background stars over 2 hour period on the evening of 3/4/2009. The component images were obtained with Canon 40D (Hutech modified) , Celestron CGE1400 telescope with f1.9 Hyperstar guided with Meade DSI and PHD through Celestron C80ED telescope. Total of 30 frames 240 sec each (ISO800).
