The MWA is a telescope under construction in the Murchison Radio-astronomy Observatory in Western Australia. It's a precursor project for the Square Kilometre Array, meaning that it is helping find the path to how we'll build the SKA. But, it's also an excellent telescope in its own right. It has an innovative design with no moving parts, and instead relies on computing power to point the telescope to different regions of the sky.

This fly-through was simulated by Swinburne Astronomy Productions.
