This loading and unloading system for airplane cargo compartments will reduce the physical effort of the workers, necessary to accomplish their tasks of loading and unloading commercial aircrafts. It will also protect the luggage and reduce the time that the whole process takes.
Levar has an inflatable structure, which ensures a lightweight product, really functional even during the flight. Over the structure, there are hard boards with micro air holes, reducing the friction between the bags and the product. The air bags of the inflatable structure will be filled alternatively, setting inclinations that will lead the luggage to the end or to the door of the compartment, controlled in a simple and intuitive way.
To load the airplane it is only necessary to organize the baggage in the platform of the product, set the position in the control and push them with a resistant shield. The inclination, the gravity and the low friction will make sure the bags move by themselves.
