JOUMI and SYNAP exhibited their installation (the Rorschachcharactoscope) in context of the Pictoplasma 2009 at the Characterwalk in Berlin-Mitte. The Characterwalk was a network of 30 galleries or other cultural institutions beside the congress brimmed with all sorts of art concerning character design.

The Rorschachcharactoscope is a character- and music-generator that allows the user to create his own character with its individual sound. After choosing one of several colour- and sound sets the user is able to add and to manipulate triangles, squares and circles with different characteristics and individual sound live on stage by using a dance pad.
