Jim put a wide 406 rim with Big Apple on the back of his Speed; John borrowed Doreen's Road, with Marathon Racer tires all around; and I rode the trail trike, with BAs in front and a mountain bike knobby on the back. The Catrikes performed well, but it was an effort pushing those front wheels on the hard packed gravel of the rail trail upgrade. The trail trike floated easily over the gravel and allowed me to explore some side trails and the tricky access to Lake Wilderness Park.
