Renowned Chinese artist Cai Guo-Qiang's first solo exhibition on the west coast opened at the Museum of Contemporary Art in downtown LA's Little Tokyo district with a BANG (literally) on April 8, 2012. Guo-Giang did the fireworks and pyrotechnics during the opening of the Beijing Olympics Bird's Nest Stadium.
