An ambitious project, the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) required a 90 minute, 10 chapter, multiple language DVD for new refugees arriving in Australia from the South East Asian region. Covering every subject from health to law, culture to accommodation, SilverSun managed the large-scale project from concept to completion. Completing several weeks of filming in six cities across Australia and working with people from diverse and sensitive backgrounds, SilverSun pictures captured an extensive range of interviews, overlay and role-playing scenarios.

An interactive quiz was also produced for the end of each of the 10 chapters to help engage the audience and test their knowledge on the information provided. SilverSun also organised duplication and 10,000 DVDs were produced for circulation both in Australia and in South East Asian countries.
