Open Access Week 2009, John Willinsky came to OISE/University of Toronto (his former alma mater) to give an engaging presentation about why universities should adopt Open Access mandates, and recounting how he convinced the faculty at the School of Education at Stanford to adopt one, and how scholarly publishing is changing.
