My name is Cameron Munro, I am just a normal guy who spent years reading about fitness, weight-loss, dieting and body building. Through all this reading I was able to apply what I read to make amazing results for myself. I mean how many 18 year old guys can say they have a real six pack?
I know I wasn't super fat before I started, but I was very out of shape and unhealthy in the way I lived. I learned how to diet and train properly and lost all the excess fat leaving only muscle. It was definitely nice to be a teen with abs!
Now I gained it all back due to depression, only this time I will be posting weekly videos with my progress so hopefully you guys will motivate me and inspire me! :) Thanks!
