This summer, Emily and I headed south to NC to take on the BBQ Trail. On the way down we stopped in VA at Carl's Frozen Custard because I had heard such amazing things about it. They still use the same machines from the 1940s (not the twenties like I say in the video) and it's the creamiest vanilla you'll ever eat. MMMMmmmm.
