Rebel: a Contrarian’s Guide to Growth

Next to Jesus the counter-cultural revolutionary, the greatest rebel found in the New Testament is Simon Peter. When his sense of loyalty over rode his sense of purpose, he dropped into the role of a UFC bad boy and took a swing at a man coming to apprehend Jesus. In a fit of defiance, he says, “I’ll never deny you Jesus!”...only to fall flat on his face.

God used those same God-given personality quirks to speak to the Christians scattered around the world, challenging them to grow in Jesus with the gusto.

In “Rebel: a Contrarian’s Guide to Growth,” Pastor Travis will be teaching out of 1 Peter. It will be challenging as we take a ride on the wild side of a revolutionary faith in Jesus Christ...growing beyond the boundaries that have hemmed us in for far too long while not being afraid of who God uniquely created us to be.
