Innovation Parkour - Toronto Planners Unite Conference

Innovation Parkour
This is a presentation that I did with Michael Dila at the 2009 Planners Unite Conference in Toronto on April 9th. This was the second time we gave this talk, and we're still working out the kinks, so feedback is welcomed.
Innovation Parkour is a "technology" that is under development by our companies (Torch Partnership & Normative Design) as part of a larger project called "Unfinished Business". We're unpacking the details and components of what makes innovation really work in the context of business, and this presentation represents the current state of our thinking in one of the four project areas.

Now I'm sure that 15 minutes is not nearly enough time for you to give this presentation so you need to take my comment with that in mind.
I think that the tightness of your turtleneck is muffling your voice.
The ideas, stories and metaphors are all great but I feel that the presentation is not as accessible as it could be.
Again you are trying to pack a lot into 15 mins.
Here is something that I've been thinking about that the ideas you are working on could help me with.
Agile like Pizza Not Agile like TPS. Weird... but I like pizza.
I didn't have a mic, which is why I sound so muffled :)
I agree that it needs to be more accessible, which is why the feedback is great!
