    The guy in the video should learn how to say "meme". I hear people saying it the troll's way all the time and it really pisses me off when people pronounce it the wrong way. To find out how it's really said use a text to speech program. Use it alone and in a sentence to get an accurate response. So I would take a guy who doesn't even know how to say "meme", who is teaching about a meme with a grain of salt. Just for some clarification it's pronounced the same way "mem" would be such as in the word "memory".
