back in 07 when i made the decision to mover to CT i had a hard time finding resources that would link me with the black community or businesses. since i moved to CT sight unseen and not knowing anyone – i searched the net for information. nada!

even when i arrived in CT i was amazed to find that many in the community had not heard of the urban league, etc – you know those organization that seem to be ‘staples’ in black communities.

so here is a quick list (and a throwback) of random sites that i currently visit, have visited or found useful as a newbie in town. there will be more to come....

i hope it helps someone maybe moving to CT, new to CT or just looking for different stuff.
