1. The Persistence of Vision
A video art piece that i made using a technique i've developed over the years. It's shot in London, Berlin and France. The work is about the sublime act of perception, and the magnificence of the mundane.

The effect is all done in camera except speeding the animation up.

This work was shortlisted for the Jerwood Moving Image Awards.

Here's a new take on this style of video

He llegado de un viaje similar. Estoy impresionado por la elegancia visual. Surrealismo, nuevos mundos se abren en tu cerebro. Eres bueno, tio.

just sat here watching the whole thing, i'm feeling slightly dizzy, but fantastic, love the wierd techniques you've used, just wish i had some idea how you did it.
  • mustardcuffins 2 years ago
thanks giles hope you don't feel too dizzy!
its not magic if you know how its done - its just another technique!

    It's wonderfull.
It gives you the impression of a dream, this video showes you te memories that you have from a space, instead of the real space itself.

You recorded life and already transformed it into memory.

    wow.

much appreciated - the film took me about 4 years to make so some of the shots do seem like a distant memory!
