12 "Still I Breathe"
Still I Breathe is Sang Lee and Zach Lydon's senior thesis film (stillibreathe.net/). I gave technical direction on how they should approach incorporating 3D elements in their mostly 2D film. This shot in particular made use of dbrToonScript as well as some expressions I wrote for wiggling the geometry and line of the mug over time.
A Mel script written to help manage a linear workflow in mental ray. Easily gamma correct material swatches and textures!
A Mel script that generates sine, cosine, and random keys for a selected object or objects with offset.
Void is Arsen Arzumanyan's senior thesis film (abyssthesis.blogspot.com/). I provided technical direction and guidance for setting up and rendering in linear space with mental ray as well as help rigging where necessary. These shots show the use of dbrWiggleKeys for generating base sine curves for animation.
One last shot from my own thesis which made use of dbrWiggleKeys to generate base curves for the creature flying across the screen.
