This is the Axon Razorback Anti-Gravity Racer running on snow with the slick skid upgrade.
The Razorback is an extreme brushless powered ground effects vehicle similar to a hovercraft, but has a solid air chamber on the bottom called the skid which is replaceable. It can be run on pavement, dirt, snow, sand, and short grass. Music by Autechre.
