We teamed up with the Philadelphia Science Festival to take science out of the lab and into Clark Park. The community was invited to explore the issue of climate change with an interactive Mongolian ger, a herder’s hut constructed by students from the lab of Professor of Biology Brenda Casper. Kids painted the ger itself, while parents witnessed live experiments. The SAS Student Sustainability Advisory Board played a game focused on the concept of decision-making and its relationship to sustainability.
