For me it's about the vision.
I'm relatively freshmen in design, but I'm making it my main lifestream.
This is good video, I think.
And it's making me look differently on what I'm going to do the rest of my life, hopefully.

Nice video. I'm pretty new to design and human-centered design strategy and this video was right up my street. I appreciated the emphasis of research with people, and where and how they live; cause that's where we'll find the answers. Also good to here that not all design needs to result in products...

Truly brilliant video.

Design can suffer from being "the people who come up with the big idea" but the client lacks the appreciation that the insight (or good question) provides the springboard for a great, creative idea.

As the video shows, the best springboard to human shaped ideas, is a human shaped insight. I do that by thinking how to "frame time" around the activities taking place before, during and after any possible interaction with my brand, product or service.
