I love the way you work with 5D mark II. I've recently bought one of those and I'm still figuring out whats the best way to convert 30fps to 25 fps. What kind of codec do you use?

Well in fact I don't need audio sync so I tell After Effects to interpret the footage as if it was 25p and put it on a 25p timeline so everything is fine and I have a tiny slowmotion but it's ok for what I do.
And I work with native files, it's a bit slow but great to check the quality if needed.
And after that I use a Divx HD codec to upload it.
