When we make videos "Rule #1" is to avoid presenting any brand, person, location, etc. in a negative light... Sometimes it's hard not to break this rule.

Hearing Jeff say, "Rule number one!" in the background cracks me up every time.

I am an amateur photographer and I work full time as a Network admin. This video is too funny. With that said I hope no one makes a habit of doing what they did with taking out a card reader or even a flash drive without first ejecting it on a windows or mac machine. We (my end users) have lost upwards of 10 flash drives and external hard drives that way.

Mr Wallace when are you going to upload all of your videos that are available on youtube to vimeo?! I absolutely love your videos and work but after using vimeo I can't make myself go back to youtube.
