Lacan speaks of the "mirror image," he explains that the
ego is built around illusions, images, which then become the basis
for the imaginary. The film, is an exploration of the mirror, our
main subject - a somnambulist - finds herself lost in a dream, she
is in search of her mirror, her character becomes an exploration of
the identification of the internal self with that external image. The
mirror stage represents the somnambulist's first encounter with
subjectivity, and with spatial relations.
