Recently I had the opportunity to film and edit a film about Yankees First Baseman Mark Teixeira. The film was commissioned by FCA (Fellowship of Christian Atheletes) and in the interview Mark shares what his experience has been like playing for the Yankees, and how his Christian faith impacts his life and his approach to playing baseball.

We only spent a short time with Mark, but he was such a down to earth guy, super friendly and engaging. It was clear from his interview that he is a very genuine person who loves his family, has a strong faith in God, and loves to play for the Yankees!

Following the interview we spent some time on the field with the Yankee players and Mark during batting practice before the game. Due to TV contract restrictions, we weren't able to use any game footage in the final video, but the shots from batting practice turned out great.

It was a great experience and definitely makes me want to root for the Yankees every time Teixeira steps up to the plate!
