Dutch design studio HEYHEYHEY have made a portable chain-reaction installation where a ringing alarm clock sets events in motion inside two suitcases to sign and stamp a postcard in a way that's completely inefficient but rather entertaining.
Melvin the Mini Machine was shown at Ventura Lambrate in Milan last month and is now off on it's travels, sending postcards from each new location.
It also uses a smartphone attached to one lid to record it's surroundings, then uploads the pictures to Twitter, Facebook and it's own blog.
