The task; your own bodyweight times 20=total load.

You must Overhead Squat that total load as fast as possible. It's up to you to choose the weight.

I went with 95lbs b/c it's convenient, doesn't hurt my wrists, and is about 50% of 1RM, so I am confident that I can hit 20 reps or so with it.

I had in fact hit 25 reps with 95lbs at the end of training cycle specifically for just such a spectacle.
