In the world of music what would spring be without SxSW, the annual Independent music festival in Austin? To get a little sonic perspective we had the chance to talk with variety of artists at IODA’s 2008 opening day showcase. We connected with The Wedding Present, Modey Lemon, Andy Davis, Chikita Violenta, Curumin, and DJ Mark Rae of Rae & Christian fame, and now currently one half of Yes King, about their sound, the process, the state of the music industry, and much more.
