    Awesome to the core !
Sometimes people admire time consuming work only because of the effort that has been required, despite its final result.
I felt that in this case your effort has really paid off. The look is soooo beautiful and sweet, not to mention the perfect pace of the video.

  • Kijek / Adamski 10 months ago
Yes - this is Oi Va Voi - it's their new single from their forthcoming LP "Travelling The Face Of The Globe". And people here are actors.

Amazing Job, no making of to see how hard was it?
  • Kijek / Adamski 10 months ago
hehe - Preparing "making of" at the same time would make it even harder, so we gave up. The more that it was actually chamber, low-budget production and the process itself was really boring, so it wouldn't be spectacular making of.

Not really. Sure You can associate horizontal divisions in both, but it's a different source of inspiration and different realisation technique. Plus lip-synchs./
Pas tout à fait . évidemment, Vous pouvez associer horizontal divisions dans les deux , mais il est une autre source d'inspiration et de technique de réalisation différents. Plus synchs lèvres. (désolé de mon français)

Man, it made me exhausted to watch it. Mainly cause I could see the effort all the way through it. Nicely done!

Did you select the frame rate based on music tempo or was was it the law-of-random-sync that happened to it work so well?
  • Kijek / Adamski 9 months ago
We made primary edit in Premiere so everything was synchronized before printing. Then we exported every third frame and took three different pictures of each print which gave us 25 fps back.

Could you explain that a little better for us please? You shot raw footage, used FCP or ?? to arduously jog through every 3rd frame exporting it and printing it, then you shot it again!? Were you using a still camera throughout this process? Love the work! Love the band too!
  • Kijek / Adamski 9 months ago
We shot primary footage in HD (with simple camcorder), edited in Adobe Premiere Pro, then exported every third frame, printed it, shredded and shot again with digital SLR as mentioned above. Unprinted sequences were just shot with camera.
