Kylie Kwong is a force in the Australian culinary world, having hosted ABC television cooking shows including "My China: Stories and Recipes from My Homeland" and "Kylie Kwong: Simply Magic" as well as authoring several cookbooks. We had the great fortune of getting to spend a couple lovely autumn days with her both in Surry Hills at her restaurant Billy Kwong and at Eveleigh Market in Redfern.
