This is an easy shrimp dish dinner that I make ever so often. You can have a myriad of variations to this dish. The ingredients are:
Frozen shrimps (fresh ones are better)
1 tbsp of butter or a tbsp of oil
2-4 big tbsp of Pace Pico De Gallo salsa
2-4 big tbsp of Pace Mexican Four Cheese con queso salsa
Garlic powder
Salt
White Pepper
Slices of Avocado
Slices of Green Peppers
Cilantro to garnish (optional)
I add jalapeno peppers into the dish this time, but I've added cauliflowers, green peppers and peas.
You can also add a dash of curry powder if you want some curry flavor.
Serve with white rice or even on a plate of lettuce

Method:
Thaw the shrimps
Melt butter on medium high heat
when butter is melted, add shrimps
Fry till shrimps turn pink (shriveling of shrimps will indicate overcooking)
If I add the peppers or cauliflower, I'd add it when shrimp is half pink - so as to retain the crunchiness of the vegetables
Add garlic powder, white pepper and salt to taste
Add the tbsp of Pico de Gallo and Con Queso sauce dips
Incorporate everything and mix well
(If you feel sauce is not enough, you can add more of the salsas)
When shrimp is done - about 15 mins, switch off heat and dish them out. Garnish with cilantro
Serve with white rice or with salad
