Thanks! I would really like to have some kind of steadycam. In this video I had the camera mounted to a tripod that was folded up except for one leg that I was using to hold the camera at a low angle with. It's not much better than hand held though but it's how I got the low angle without breaking my back.

Beautiful - a bit of paradise on earth! Must be a wonderful place to sit and relax. (But who does all the work to keep it looking so nice?)

Thanks! It is quite nice to have right outside the back door. It is a little bit of work but, especially when the leaves are blowing but it's really worth it.

    Quick Question:

With HDD cameras, when you connect Via USB, does the computer pick it up as a removable disk and then you copy over the videos taken? I'm planning on getting this camera just have a few questions that's all :-)

    how's this camera for SPORTS?
  • Durban 5 months ago
Yes, the computer will pick it up as if it was a removable hard disk dive, BUT, unless you have a program to read the specific format, your computer will not be able to read the video format (which I think in the SONY HDR-SR5 is AVCHD), in that case you will need a AVCHD player. In other words, its not just, transfer and play, there is one steep in between before you can start editing your movie.
Any one, please correct me if Im wrong.
