There were several arrests involving the Pennsylvania State Police mounted horse unit. The first arrest involved a man that slapped the rear of a horse.
Another arrest appeared to be a man that didn't get out of the way of a horse.
The last was a man who appeared to follow instructions to leave Fetterman Avenue. He may not have left as quickly as they would have liked him to but he left towards Lightstreet Road. The man was sending a text message on his phone after he made it to Lightstreet Road and had a mounted officer at a gallop approach him and was arrested.
