Today I started getting into the first of many finer points of exercising my computer control of the hub motors on my ride replicator . I wrote a program so I could change the rate of deceleration with one input . I start with a blank page, so the programing takes a while. A long time, more detail, and slower than most can imagine. But when finished you just have to hit the go button.
A friend dropped by and asked why am I building this ride replicator. I can think of so many things that will require a device like this that I do not know where to begin. First it will be essential for development of the Distance remaining display. I can test motor performance, battery performance just to start with.
