The head of the Environmental Protection Agency visits Portland to see our advances in green infrastructure. Innovative techniques like bioswales, green roofs, and storm water planters help Portland manage its abundance of rain water in a way that contributes to healthy river systems. The green installments also provide green spaces throughout the city.
Administrator Jackson was encouraging about our progress and completed our city's forward thinking.
