Shot with Nikon glass at 60fps, using S&Q motion to conform to 24fps in-camera. On the outdoor shots, I cranked the shutter speed to 10,000 to try to avoid motion blur as much as possible. For the indoor shot, the shutter speed was much lower, something like 400 (this produced quite a bit of motion blur).
Once in After Effects, I used a combination of Twixtor and timewarp to slow down the footage even more. I was able to push some shots into the 3-5% range without completely falling apart. A vast majority of each shot had glitches due to the complex backgrounds, however there were sections of each shot that worked out with no glitches.
