
Wade Hampton Fire & Sewer District Dedicates Two Stations

From FOX Carolina (WHNS) in Upstate South Carolina, this clip highlights ceremonies conducted by the Wade Hampton Fire and Sewer District as officials dedicated two facilities in honor and memory of former personnel who dedicated their careers to building and improving a district that provides safety and security for people and property, alike.
Station 1 on Wade Hampton Boulevard is now the "W. M. Edwards Station," named for the district's first assistant fire chief Bill Edwards.
Station 2 on Pelham Road is now the "R. B. Singleton Station," in memory of the department's first chief Rudy Singleton.
South Carolina House and Senate resolutions were presented to commemorate the occasions.
