The sign @16:15 are a Swedish road sign. The top says it's forbidden to park on that road, and the bottom one says when it's forbidden.
The top time is for Mon-Fri. The one in the parentheses are Saturdays and the red ones are for Sundays and special holidays marked red in the calendar like Christmas and such.

Which is great if you already know how to read the sign. If you don't, it's gibberish. Thus his point.

Yes of course, I understand that. I just thought I'd share for those wondering wtf that sign said.

The 'Secret Bunker' one is a sign to a historic site, so it's actually an "ex-bunker" hence the large M for museum.

min 16:15. It's a sign located in Sweden and before you get you driving-license you learn the different signs (so there is no problem really).

That sign means motorized vehicle traffic forbidden weekdays: 11-06 (saturdays) 11-06 sundays (in red) 11-06. Can I get my prize now?

That's the whole point. It is so hard that for knowing it you should be rewarded... The problem is that it should be understandable for everyone not just those that learned it. It is anti-rational for an information in a public place to be as hard as this one is to understand.

Although Seth feels that the voucher cards at the start of the talk are "broken", they are intentionally designed in such a way that they are not used. The actual percentage of vouchers which are redeemed is miniscule which is why stores sell them and why they are used for refunds and promotions.
