Three renowned international chefs were guests for a day at the EU Parliament (EP) kitchens in Brussels. Lionel Rigolet from Comme chez Soi (Brussels), Eric Coisel from Prunier (Paris) and Jean-Claude Moucaud from L'Ecuelle (Luxembourg) prepared a succulent "sustainable fish dish" for Members of the EU Parliament, staff and visitors. The three Chefs, all members of Euro-Toques (the European Association of chefs), joined WWF in a call for a more sustainable EU Common fisheries policy (CFP).
