12 college graduates live in an intentional community in downtown Knoxville for one year with the purpose of helping each other grow In Christ. The 'Fellows' participate in classes revolving around spiritual growth, are given jobs in Knoxville to connect them to the business world and participate in community-building activities all year-round.
