    I made a screencast with camstudio, but I cannot get it to upload to vimeo. I keep getting an error message that vimeo did not recognize the compression settings and sent me to a page with compression guidelines vimeo.com/help/compression
    I don't understand this page. Is there an easier way that you know of; a sort of "camstudio to vimeo for dummies"?
