Here is an edit of one of my Protune presentations at the NAB GoPro booth (cut from 28 minutes to a more watchable 15 minutes.) Protune is a free upcoming firmware upgrade to your GoPro HD HERO2. It is adds 24p, flat log curve encoding at an increased data rate of 35Mb/s for incredible quality. This will be available sometime in summer of 2012 (so we are close.)
P.S. This was day three of NAB, and my voice is trashed (loud booth and the AJA Party to blame.)
