Evidently the IT and custodial crews are on strike too. The famous "Observation Deck" has dwindled to a "tion Deck", and they can't get any video to play on their fancy TVs.

    now we know NBC uses .m2t files for video play on the screen. sad, but funny. they should have just turned the big screens off until something was playing.
