Great video. Very informative. There is a problem with those tea "sticks" and the tea balls, though. They are so cramped and small, which makes it hard for the leaves to fully open and release all of their flavor. I would recommend an infusing basket. Samovar makes a great one - shop.samovarlife.com/Stainless_Steel_Infusing_Basket_with_White_Ceramic_p/11wcib.htm
Or a gaiwan. You have one on your table but you didn't talk about it.

Exactly Jacob. There's no point in using leaf tea unless you give it room to breathe anyway.

Great job guys. One thing to add would be to watch the cheaper infusers because the holes in them can be pretty big and let finer teas through.

    Can't wait for more.

Good work, Kevin! Much shorter than the last one, which I think helps. I would try and use a broader word bank for description, but I enjoyed what you had to say. Also staying away from the colloquialism "boom" might help. I personally like the modified tea ball from The Republic of Tea; however, I am looking forward to purchasing that tea tea stick from Narien Teas. Thanks for the video!

need to get me one of those tea sticks. Right now I have a plain cup strainer that goes over the top of my cup and then a tea pot similar to the one you had on the right. Good stuff though, glad you're making these.

Personally nothing can beat the Adagio IngenuiTea (the last one Kevin showed) It's such a stupidly simple and successful idea when you want that single cup of tea in the morning.
You forgot to demonstrate the big pot infuser on your left though Kevin. I couldn't live without mine.

As Jacob mentioned I would stay away from the sticks and balls simply because they don't let the leaf expand and flow freely. After all thats the whole point of using leaf tea isn't it?

Personally Im a fan of the Zarafina Tea Suite. Has different settings based on the tea. Add the tea, add water, set correctly, get your tea. AND it comes with a pretty nice set of cups and a pot! zarafina.com/Index.aspx
