Sharon talks about creating brand "Superheros" to be advocates for your company, idea, movement.

She started the day off with bouncing beach balls and frizbies round to illustrate the concept of keeping an idea alive - then someone hit the roof and a piece of metal fell down - it was amazing.

The other cool concept she did was put some washing powder in 5/100 cups and got people to meet each other and transfer water between cups - then using pH sticks people tested who had been infected by the "virus/idea".
