Das Video zur Studie "Erfolgreicher Aufbau von Online-Communitys" zeigt einen Überblick über den ersten Band der Reihe "Social Media" der Salzburg Research Foschungsgesellschaft.

Im Rahmen der „ComStudy“, die am Salzburg NewMediaLab (SNML) im Zeitraum von Oktober 2008 bis September 2009 durchgeführt wird, werden der erfolgreiche Aufbau von Online- Communitys sowie anfallende Metainformationen, Empfehlungen- und Reputationssysteme untersucht.
