In this 2-hour HD program, Spacecraft Films tells the untold story of how millions on Earth witnessed history unfold during the first steps on the moon.

When television was just converting to color, and TV cameras were still massive instruments requiring constant adjustments, a team of innovative engineers developed the technology to share the history of the moonlandings with the entire world.

Shot in HD in Australia and the U.S., including interviews with integral Apollo team members, new HD transfers of archival footage and stunning CGI, "Live From The Moon" examines 1960's space television technology and its impact on humanity. This project, for the 40th Anniversary this year of Apollo 11, shows not only how this iconic television was made possible, but how these images will document history for thousands of years.
