While "music video" ish, the basic thing is that it exists as a quartz composer composition (qtz), which is audio reactive via kineme audio tools. Copious use of v002 analog glitch, but I used CI for blurs and morphology.
This is a production I did in a couple hours time, writing the song, layering myself playing the parts, then taking some video clips and developing the qtz file.... For upload's sake, I did a render to vid with Quartz Crystal, and re-synched the music with iMovie.

This is a real throwback to the indie-rock stuff I was into in the 90's, in a lot of ways.... save for the fact that the chorus and some lead guitar lines were actually really inspired by Prince.
I wrote the song and recorded it, came up with the concept of using words on labels in reverse (you would have to look at it in a mirror to see the words in non-reverse)... recorded the vid clips, and programmed it all in a morning's time.
There are other songs I've written that might have more widespread appeal, but on a personal level, I really like this song! I would actually buy it! (I know I wrote it, so "big grain of salt" I guess).
No, I rubbed some coffee grounds on the top of a Time Capsule. Apples and oranges, and dirty memories :)
