Festivals are about gathering - they insist that we’re better together than we are alone. That real moments of connection and inspiration exist in the spaces between, over a drink or meal or on the dance floor. For Next Wave Festival 2012 we shook things up and created the Day Pass - whole-day, crafted journeys that you can experience with friends. It was an experiment. We invited our community to brave the autumn elements and dive into full days of spectacle, performance, live art and installation punctuated with plenty of discussion, inspiration and parties.
This is a day in the next wave of contemporary art.
