Pediatric anterior shoulder dislocation. Transducer was placed on the back overlying the glenohumeral joint. Top of the screen is posterior. It's easy to see how the humeral head (left screen) is displaced anteriorly (bottom of the screen) compared to it's normal location in the glenoid fossa (right sided bony landmark).
