The California Hawaii Elks Association presented the 2012 Theme Child who was discovered by the CHEA Vision Screening Therapists to be developing Amblyopia, or "lazy eye". Amblyopia is treatable condition where one eye is blurry and begins shutting down, eventually causing blindness.
