A theologian by the name of Clark Pinnock said that "a deity of such cruelty and vindictiveness as to inflict everlasting torture upon his creatures, however sinful they may have been ... is more nearly like Satan than like God." Is he right? Is hell nothing more than a fictional place we Christians have made up to scare people into believing what we want them to believe? Or is it real? The best way I know to answer that question is to study the teaching of Jesus Christ, the most loving and most trustworthy spiritual guide in history. In this video we'll be searching the four gospels for the word "hell" to see what Jesus had to say about it. I don't want to scare you, but this is one subject we dare not ignore, wouldn't you agree?
